Engaging is the awakening of the spiritual heart, coming alive, which will cause your pursuit, passion and purpose to increase for God, along with your worth and value. Engaging involves giving attention and caring to your spiritual heart.
Training consists of communicating biblical truth that will bring about transformation, focusing not only on theology, but also equipping from a practical approach (how can I make an impact with this truth). Training must consist of a Supernatural (God’s absolute power on display) and prophetic approach (hearing and doing from a Godly perspective).
Sending is for the sole purpose of making Jesus known, by carrying an expression (lively or vivid representation or feelings about the precious truth of the Gospel of Jesus). This can only take place after the spiritual heart of a believer has been filled with truth and revelation of Jesus Christ.
God is calling this generation of youth and young adults to a place of intimacy and fellowship with Him. He is preparing the land for true worshippers that will no longer be bound by religion, but will carry and usher an expression of God’s love and the worth for God that will change the land and prepare a way for a great harvest. This youth movement is centered on cultivating the spiritual heart, moving from a worldly fellowship to a Godly fellowship, moving from thoughtless worship to a worship based on true reflection and the authentic love of God.
This ministry has been called to prepare this generation of youth and young adults that have a deep desire (hunger) to move from a place of boredom, churchy programs and protocols to a deeper place with God. Our ministry assignment focuses on 2 Cor 4:7 (“But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us”), an apostolic ministry, to prepare, train and send fourth worshippers to change the land and culture. Many of our youth and young adults are viewed being non-relevant when it comes to the spiritual gifting of God. We often view them as not worthy because of their ages, past mistakes and often limiting them to the mundane routine of “church life” and restricting their freedom of expression. God is calling this generation to more than just “Typical Sunday Service based solely on tradition.” It is time that their gifts (expressions) are released. Worship releases their gifts and allow them to discover the perfect will (purpose) of God for their lives.
